Only in your dreams, things are clear
Able to breathe and think things out,
Alone with the feeling of something near
All is quiet no one shouts,
Starry nights with a moonlit sky
No secrets or feelings of confusion in your eyes,
Letting go and feeling light
The silent romance of a secret time,
The all knowing darkness by your side
Stars sparkling like endless chimes,
Washing over us like a mighty tide
The memories faded of life's past crimes,
Until morning things are fine
When it sets in, that life isn't kind.
