Trump Blocking Critics On Twitter Violates Constitution

On Wednesday, a federal judge in New York ruled that President Donald Trump may not legally block Twitter users because doing so violates their right to free speech under the First Amendment of the Constitution. The judge stopped short of ordering Trump to unblock users, saying it was not necessary to enter a “legal thicket” involving courts’ power.
