Trouble with Stub Hub

Here's a quick rant about my negative experience with Stub Hub. They said all the right things in the beginning, but in the end they tossed their hands in the air and said a $50 credit towards your next purchase is the best we can do. We didn't need a $50 credit, we needed tickets to the game we were in town for. They said in the beginning that if the tickets didn't get to us that they would get us equal or better tickets. When it came time to put up on that promise, they failed. Eventually we were able to catch a cab and go out of our way to pick up the tickets from a Fed Ex location, but that wasn't the deal.
