As it turns out, Magoo is now worth a substantial sum and believes he can collect insurance after being bitten by a dog, which is, in reality, just a harmless tiger rug.

Instead of heading to the insurance building, Magoo hilariously stumbles into a neighboring building under construction, unaware of the danger surrounding him. Concerned about the potential consequences of Magoo's actions, the salesman and his boss realize that if Magoo falls, it could spell disaster for their company.
