A tropical system known simply as "Invest 94L" could become the fourth named tropical storm in the Atlantic — Don. If Tropical Storm Don does form, it'd be way ahead of schedule. The fourth named storm of the year typically doesn't show up until August 23, a solid month and a half before it should arrive.
