Ingredients

1 Large mango or one can of mango's ( 1 Cup )
Half a Banana
Half a cup of non fat milk
1/4 of a cup of coconut cream/milk
1 Cup of vanilla yogurt
1 Cup of pineapple juice ( Optional )
