Trini Macaroni Pie - My Version

Hi everyone! This is not a traditional Trinbagonian Macaroni Pie, just my version. In the future, I will upload a typical Trinbagonian Macaroni Pie Recipe. Heres what youll need\r

16 oz/ 1 pound of pasta (elbows, penne, rigatoni)\r
2 pounds of cheese ( New Zealand Cheddar)\r
5 cloves of garlic, minced\r
1 small onion, grated\r
2 tablespoons butter\r
1 hot pepper, chopped\r
2 eggs\r
1 teaspoon mustard\r
2 tablespoons ketchup\r
1 teaspoon chili powder\r
1/2 teaspoon paprika\r
1/2 teaspoon black pepper\r
2 cups of evaporated milk\r
pinch of salt\r
