Tricking - 2010

Tricking is a relatively new underground alternative sports movement. It combines the skill of martial arts, dance, acrobatics and gymnastics to create various flips, aerial twists, 540 kicks, rolls and cartwheels.
This video showcases the skills of local Adelaide group, SA Trickers, led by trickster expert Kristan Carne.
SA Trickers work out Saturday's (from 11am-pm) on the beach and grass at the Glenelg foreshore.
