Triad recruitment process as tough as nails

Police revealed that the recruitment process was tough. Members must have a height of over 170cm. They are required to run around 2 miles weekly and do heavy weight training. They also have to learn hand to hand combat skills. A six-pack is a must as are branded clothes.
