Transparency International-Malaysia has urged Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak to put pressure on Sarawak Chief Minister Abdul Taib Mahmud to step down.
The graft watchdog's secretary-general Josie M Fernandez said this is necessary in view of Global Witness' expose on alleged dodgy land deals involving Taib in Sarawak.
