Description

Episode Description : M.E.C.H. scientists implant the dying Colonel Leland Bishop (aka Silas) into a battle armor and life-support system made from Breakdown's dead body. Silas kills the scientists and approaches Megatron, introducing himself as C.Y.L.A.S. (Cybernetic Life Augmented by Symbiosis), asking for a position in the Decepticon ranks and offering to aid their cause with Project: Damocles, a satellite-based laser weapon system of his own invention.
