Transformer Explosion During Ice Storm in Toronto

A harsh winter storm brought ice and strong winds to Toronto on December 22, leading to power outages in the area. According to Canadian news source <a class="link" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://news.nationalpost.com/2013/12/22/canada-ice-storm-travel-chaos-power-outages-as-massive-storm-hits-ontario-quebec-and-maritimes/" target="_blank">The National Post</a>, the storm knocked out the electricity to thousands of homes and businesses and weather conditions have resulted in scores of flight cancellations and delays at Toronto Airport.
