In the fifth and final segment of EpicTV's new training series, climbing coach Eric Horst talks us through the steps needed to become an all round better climber. This time, we focus on one of the most important aspects of climbing training: antagonist and stabaliser muscle training. This is a very important area of training for injury prevention, and not to be over looked.
