Train Crashes Into Car Transport

: Everything happened during a small hurricane, all the streets were flooded with water, and for some reason, the traffic lights did not work. At the very last moment, when the truck driver and I were crossing the railroad tracks, a red light flashed and the barriers began to lower. I managed to leave and the driver of the truck did not.
