Le corps d’un politicien mutilé avec des instruments de torture moyenâgeux est retrouve dans les bois dans une étrange mise en scène. La police se lance à la recherche d’un tueur sadique qui, comme ils le réalisent rapidement, pourrait être un serial killer.

The body of a well-known politician is found strangely staged, deep in the woods and killed by medieval torture instruments. The police start looking for a sadistic offender who, they soon realise, may be a mass murderer with a mission.
