Tragedy Hits SXSW: Driver Causes Two Deaths, Multiple Injuries

Tragedy has struck the city of Austin and the South By Southwest festival after Police say a man and woman have been killed by a drunken driver fleeing from arrest. The driver crashed through barricades set up for the interactive festival and struck the pair and others on a crowded street.
