Traffic lights in Kettering still not working

The traffic lights at the top of Bowling Green Road are still not working, a day after the problem was first reported. Cars and pedestrians are having to judge when they can go, as seen in this video filmed by Nick Edmunds from Bella Emporio tattoo studio.
