Traffic at standstill on NLEX

Traffic is at a standstill along the southbound lane of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) in Balintawak on Friday, Sept. 5, 2014. Motorists blamed the “one-truck lane” policy for the jam, which the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority denied, saying the policy is being enforced along C5 and not on NLEX.
