Traded Tractor Didn't Come Fully Built

Occurred on October 18, 2023 / Steinbach, Manitoba, Canada

: "I just got this home-built tractor in trade for an old boat I had no use for. It took a bit of work to get it running, so when finally did, I was excited to try it out. Apparently, the clutch does not engage nor do the brakes work! Temporarily forgetting how to shut the motor off, I had a hair-raising ride as I tried to get the transmission into neutral, eventually crashing into a pile of stuff in the front of my shop."
