Tracy On Watson PSA

PNM Tobago Council political leader Tracy Davidson-Celestine, is asking Tobagonians if they can trust the leadership of Watson Duke and the Progressive Democratic Patriots to govern Tobago, especially in light of the findings of an audit of the Public Services Association, of which Mr. Duke is president.


Among the findings that the PSA engaged in overspending, and exceeded its income, by 6.3 million dollars.
