At the helm, predisposed to sail once more
My ship sets course to Paradises door.
Beyond the Lady lies rows of fanes galore
A place to relish, enjoy, and explore.

Proclaimed love by a phantom in the night
Brings tears to my eyes through my ears delight.
Christine sings with all her passion and might
To appease the ghost who is out of sight.

As the shadow of night falls from the skies
The Phantom sings from behind his disguise.
Still devastated by Christine’s goodbyes
He vows to show that his Love Never Dies.

In front of the Rock, bells of carols sound
Including the sight of snow all abound.
Watching paramours whirling round and round
I too drift along the slippery ground.

Splendent white lights every which way
Illuming my path to the mass soiree.
Overcome by the musical array
The time has come, the sapling’s on display.

My ship has docked, never again to sail
For this is what awaits beyond the veil.
Dreamlike and surreal, like a fairy tale
This is my Paradise, my Holy Grail.
