For the purpose of this video, we'll presume that you're currently in your cPanel hosting.

Scroll down your cPanel hosting screen and select the Email Delivery Route under the Mail section. The Email Delivery Route page is where you are able to trace an email address route from your server.

Simply type the email address in the appropriate box to see the delivery path. Then select the Show Route button. You are able to see the delivery route trace. You can view any problems and if the problem is with your server or at the location of the receiver's email address.

Let's go back to the Email Delivery Route page, by selecting Go Back.

Select the Home icon on the top left of the screen to return to the main page of the cPanel hosting screen. Through VodaHost hosting you are now aware how to trace an email address from within cPanel.
