Description
The arrival of a cruiseship hit a snag on Saturday as tours for approximately 300 tourists who disembarked.... were cancelled , due to maxi taxi drivers refusing to not only answer their phones but not arriving at the Scarborough Port to conduct the prebooked tours for passengers.
