Tossed Veg Grill Sandwich

Recipe to prepare "Tossed Vegetable Grill Sandwich":

Ingredients:
1. Refined oil - 1/2 tablespoon
2. onion rings - 4
3. chopped cucumber - 4 tablespoons
4. chopped tomato - 2 tablespoons
5. chopped capsicum - 2 tablespoons
6. grated cabbage - 3 tablespoons
7. salt - 1/2 teaspoon
8. chilli-garlic seasoning - 1 teaspoon
9. bread - 2 slices
10. schezwan sauce - 1 tablespoon
11. butter - 1 tablespoon

Procedure:
1. heat 1/2 tablespoon refined oil in a pan
2. add to it and saute:
a. 4 onion rings
b. 4 tablespoons chopped cucumber
c. 2 tablespoons chopped tomato
d. 2 tablespoons chopped capsicum
e. 3 tablespoons grated cabbage
3. add salt to taste (or 1/2 teaspoon)
4. add 1 teaspoon chilli-garlic seasoning, and mix well
5. cover the pan, and let the vegetables cook for 30 secs
6. take 2 bread slices, and apply butter and schezwan sauce on both
7. sprinkle a pinch of chilli-garlic seasoning on both slices
8. layer one slice with the vegetable filling, and cover it with the other slice
9. grease the outer surface of sandwich with little butter, and grill it
