- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce

- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 4 garlic cloves
- 14 oz peeled tomatoes
- 2.5 oz fresh spinach
- 1 Tbsp basil
- 10 oz tortellini
