Tornado briefly touches down before drifting back into the clouds
Reed Timmer has been chasing the severe weather threat all day when he caught the clouds overhead beginning to rotate. A tornado did drop out of the clouds and drifted down in a vacant field. It formed for a short few seconds before drifting back to the sky.
