The Friday night brawl comes just days after Tori Spelling reportedly suffered "a nervous breakdown."
Reports say that police came to the Black Bear Diner in Tarzana, California after their spat.
The couple reportedly argued, as their five children looked on.
Their argument was the one of three recent incidents which ended with the police being called.
