Torchlight 2 MOD 089 - Unobtrusive HUD

Streamline the HUD, removing unneeded elements and rearranging others, with this mod. The resulting interface occupies 33% less area, looks more elegant, and is less likely to obscure enemies at the bottom of the screen.

The specific changes made to the HUD are as follows:
- The XP bar, active weapon, alternate active skill, and help button are not displayed, while other elements are moved downward and closer together.
- When centered, the health and mana orbs become hemispheres and deplete right-to-left (instead of top-to-bottom).
- Hotkey text is smaller and sticks out less from the hotkey bar. This also prevents the "MMB" hotkey from being cropped.
