Torchlight 2 MOD 013 - Wand Homing Projectiles

Converts all wand straight shooting projectiles to homing projectiles.
By default only the wand Poison (green) projectile had homing ability, this mod adds target homing to the Fire, Ice and Lightning projectiles. Due to the different projectile speeds the homing ability is strongest on the slowest projectile (poison) and least effective on the fastest moving projectile (ice).

A wands projectile type is determined by the strongest damage type it contains.
