on the 10th of january, 2011, 2 storm cells collided over the city of toowoomba, southern queensland,australia, the heavens opened up,and i mean OPENED UP!!! the city sits on top a mountanous range called the great dividing range 138 mm (5.4 inches ) of rain fell in 2 hours.
