The purpose of the the organization is to educate people about ways to prevent chronic kidney disease and to dispel any myths about the living donor process.

After Ron Springs' successful kidney transplantation from Everson Walls, the two partnered to form the foundation with the goal of providing education, early detection and prevention of chronic Kidney disease; to build awareness and educate minorities on the donor process; and to provide access to services and education in underserved communities across the US.
