some live in a living hell
some even die in a living hell
some want to break out but just cant doge the pain

they sceam
they cry
they shout
but no one seems to care

some have said to me its like shouting
in a room with hundrers with in
but no one seems to look back

some want to have a bit of love
some want a bit of T.L.C
some even wanna home with they dont even have

i try to help them come though the pain
i try to help them over come there fears
i try to let them in

some love to come in to let me help them
some of wicth dont help them selfs
they ask me why ant you helping me
i just say
your the only one that can help is yourself
all i can do is gide you

so some remain in that liveing hell
and there they might just say
but all i say to them is help yourself to get out
and not dwel in self pitey
