Tocky, a unique clock living on a kitchen shelf, has a peculiar problem: he sometimes forgets the time and spins his hands wildly. One day, during breakfast, his forgetfulness leads to burnt toast and boiled-over eggs, upsetting the family. Embarrassed, Tocky vows to improve.
