Toby Michael - Starless Sky

How can something so incredible be hidden?
something that shines so bright from within
millions of miles from here
but somehow seeming so near.
Containing a mystical power
which can make any man cower.
But also give the ability to cope
with anything and give so much hope.
Its amazing how empty and cold
we feel when they hold
back the warmth and light
from our short-lived sight.
cold for everyone, cold for me
dark as a never ending cry
what else can it be
but a starless sky?
