You walk my dreams
Unhampered, untouched
A wild spirit being,
Strong, proud, free
At one.

You walk my days
Head down, not seeing.
Restrained, stockaged,
Hard, bitter, enduring
Eyes hateing.

You walk my nights
Silently, hauntingly;
Wordless speaking,
Gentle touching, kind
Heart loving.

You walk my life
Intense, real
Teaching without knowing,
A stranger, a man, a friend,
My brother.
