TOBAGO LOCK OUT ENDS

We return to a story we tried to bring you earlier.... The lock out of the Tobago Registrar General's office has ended. This, as services resumed on Monday, following a dispute between the Registrar General's Office in Tobago and Trinidad, which resulted in a public servant in Trinidad locking the operating systems in Tobago. Reporter Elizabeth Williams has been following the story.
