TNR: Nightmare in a Damaged Brain

One of the Nasties that earns it's reputation, Nightmare In A Damaged Brain is a heady cocktail of sex and violence that really hits a sleazy note. Often deeply disturbing, this tale of a sexually deranged man actually manages to not completely alienate the viewer from the character, indeed he is in many ways as much a victim as his own victims after being exploited by ambitious doctors out to make their names.
It's often a tough film to get through, it's grimy and depressing but is it worth taking a look at?... Lets see .
