TMA - Hurricane

My mind is like a hurricane;
I cannot think above the sound
Of regrets and accusations
Being tossed and thrown around.

My mind is like a hurricane;
Like a thousand giants' breath
Dark thoughts brew up tornadoes
Of hopelessness and death.

My mind is like a hurricane;
My thoughts and dreams are caught
In the midst of a brainstorm
Stirring as in a pot.

My mind is like a hurricane;
I tried to fix the wretch
I dove into the whirlpool
And got properly drenched.

My mind is like a hurricane;
Yet I can make out the form
Of you, sitting unflustered
In the very eye of the storm.
