Title: No Electricity in Kyiv!

Around 70 % of Kyiv is in darkness due to no Electricity in the city after Russia Bombarded Kyiv with missiles targeting the Energy Infrastructure in Kyiv. An Officer stated that the Engineers are trying to restore the electricity in the city.
Apart from this the water supply was also disrupted due to the Russian missile bombardment. The latest information is that the water supply has been restored in half of the city.
During the Russian missile attack around 4 people were killed and many were injured. Ukrainian ministry has said Kyiv will have to face the toughest winters this year if Russian Bombardment continues.
Russian ministry has come up with an official statement that if the bombardment has to stop then Ukraine has to agree to certain conditions.
