Tissa Calvert - Drowning

Drowning!

I am drowning in my tears,
because my big fears.
something wasn't right,
although it was in the middle of the night.

Drowning in water,
but we did watch her.
Drowning in the lake,
fearing that was a big mistake.

Drowning to get away,
Becasue we never get paid.
And some people never pray,
So they never see the day.

Drowning to hide the pain,
Because we have gone ensane.
We have no home,
Nor can we use the phone.

That's why we always stay at home,
only so we can drowm the pain,
Because we are drowning in vain.
Drowning!
