For Candlemas, it's not one but 15 crepes that we offer you to eat at once! How ? Thanks to our crepe cakeof course ;-) And for even more flavors but above all gluttony, we stuffed it with a cream with a good taste of coffee and cocoa. .. Does it remind you of anything? Ingredients:
15 crepes :
- 2 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (or coffee extract)
- 1 pinch of salt

Tiramisu cream :
- 1 cup mascarpone
- 3/4 cup cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp ground coffee

- cocoa powder
