2 tablespoons whipping cream
2 tablespoons instant coffee or espresso granules
3 packages (8oz each) cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
3 eggs
1 oz bittersweet or semi-sweet baking chocolate, grated
Chocolate-covered espresso beans, if desired
