stuck in a rut for too long now
anguish around it pulls me down
finding strength i take a bow
bid adieu to my frown

hope i have of glitter gold
waiting b'hind this treacherous path
too long now 've been in this mould
overcome i shall of this rath*

up in sight galore with ridges
but none can match my spirit's height
i'll soar i'll conquer i'll cross the bridges
i'll prove to be the one with might

my goals i'll reach with hardened toil
coz nothing can cause my spirit's foil.
