Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) talk to their loved ones over the telephone at the launch of the Non-contact booth with a Glass Barrier and intercom visitation at the Manila City Jail male dorm on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. Each inmate is given 15 minutes to talk to their families.
