This manicure creates a 3D illusion on nails

This nail-art technique gives a 3D illusion to the nail. Nail tech Maja Vasiljevic uses neon colors to do it. She first covers about half of the nail in a base coat that is shaped into a point. She then uses the first neon color to trace around the point. Next, she traces the first color with the same color in a transparent formula.
