My vision is that major changes in a person's life and businesses require patience which is achieved by accepting to take small steps, especially when it comes down to people and their behaviors. In fact I think that success with these small steps is not easy and has never been easy all times if one is impatient.

Times where everything just runs fast, in large steps and should be immediately plain and clear, you cannot in most cases take a shortcuts or use the auto pilot when for example learning or developing new habits and ideas or building deep relationships. All the above, like almost every important thing in life, require small steps, reflection and patience.
