Description
This annual high heel race is only for men. It's part of World Pride Madrid festival for LGBT communities. This festival is held to celebrate the diversity and commemorate the Stonewall riots in 1969, which led to the first protest march for LGBT rights. Runners wear stilettos, wedges, kitten heels and colorful customs. Runners' heels are required to be at least 4 inches high. Winners can get prizes worth up to 500 euros.
