Get ready to work out with trainer Khetanya Henderson</a>, who will be leading this 10-minute lower-core workout joined by Mikayla Campbell</a> and Paris Nicole</a>. In this routine, you'll focus on engaging your core while you improve your range of motion with moves like heel clicks, single-leg lifts, and glute bridges. This no-equipment routine is a perfect add-on to another workout or done as a stand-alone core class. You'll be on your mat the whole time, so hit the floor and get working!
Henderson</a> is a certified Pilates instructor, NASM-certified trainer, and former collegiate soccer player. In addition to teaching all kinds of fitness, she's also an actor and dancer, appearing in commercials and on stage with Cirque du Soleil.
