Scientists may have just found a planet eerily similar to Earth — and it’s only 40 light-years away! Meet Trappist-1e, a rocky exoplanet orbiting a small red dwarf star that might just be "just right" for life.

Using NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope, researchers have detected clues that Trappist-1e could have an atmosphere rich in nitrogen — just like ours. While its six neighboring planets appear barren, this one stands out as a true Goldilocks candidate.
