Description

When Hurricane Dorian passed over Hatteras Island, North Carolina, on Sept. 6, it brought wind gusts of near 90 mph that kicked up gigantic waves. Unfortunately for the nearby fish, those waves left them stranded in the shallow pools of the beach.
